Every morning starts the same: coffee, a quick breakfast, and packing my daughter’s lunch. I’d toss in a bag of chips or crackers — knowing they weren’t the healthiest. But options were limited. I wanted something better for her… and me.

Amanda’s Story

A gym-goer, busy professional, and chip-lover who was done settling.

I work long hours, hit the gym after, and always crave savory snacks — but regular chips are loaded with carbs and calories. The “healthy” ones? Bland and disappointing. I needed something I could actually look forward to eating.

How It All Came Together

We met during our MBA program at Booth. Nora’s background in food science and Amanda’s hunger for better snacks made the perfect combo. One casual conversation turned into a “what if?” — and from there, Eggmond Chips were born.
